Uttam Dairy Vacancy 2026 – Post-Wise Details
1. Chilling Centre In-Charge
Qualification & Experience: B.Tech. in Dairy Technology or Food Technology from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Milk Chilling Centre In-Charge.
Age Limit: Below 35 years.
2. Legal Officer
Qualification & Experience: Graduate with LL.B. from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates should have either 3 years of experience as a Legal Officer or at least 1 year of experience as a practicing Advocate in Labour Court, Board of Nominee, Civil Court, etc. Working knowledge of computers is required.
Age Limit: Below 35 years.
3. Technical Officer (D.T.)
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech. in Dairy Technology from a recognized University/Institute.
Knowledge of FCA/SCADA operating software systems will be preferred. Freshers can also apply.
Age Limit: Below 30 years.
4. IT Engineer – System Administrator / Server Admin
Qualification & Experience: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science from a recognized University/Institute with at least 2 years of relevant experience as an IT Engineer, System Administrator or Server Administrator. SAP experience will be preferred.
Age Limit: Below 30 years.
5. ICD Head
Qualification & Experience: Graduate/Post Graduate, H.D.C./A.H. or MBA in Rural Management from a recognized University or reputed Institute. Minimum 5 years of experience as an ICD Head or Manager (Milk Procurement) in a Dairy Co-operative is required.
Age Limit: Below 40 years.
6. Veterinary Officer
Qualification & Experience: B.V.Sc. & A.H. from a recognized University/Institute. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Officer is required. Freshers can also apply.
Age Limit: Below 35 years.
7. Engineers – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control
Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
First-class freshers or candidates having at least 2 years of relevant experience can apply. Preference will be given to candidates with Dairy Plant experience.
Age Limit: Below 30 years.
8. Project In-Charge
Qualification & Experience: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with at least 5 years of experience in an automated dairy plant. Working knowledge of ERP/SAP is required.
Qualification: ITI pass in Fitter, Welder, Electrician or R.F.M. trade with one-year Apprenticeship/one year relevant experience. Candidates with Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering may also apply as per the requirements.
Experience in a Dairy Plant will be preferred. Candidates with relevant Computer Hardware & Networking, Information Technology or Data Entry qualifications may also be considered as mentioned in the recruitment advertisement.

10. Jr. Superintendent – HR / Administration
Qualification & Experience: M.S.W./M.L.W. from a recognized University/Institute. MBA in HR will be preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
